Xase Case Product Warranty Policy

I. Core Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Coverage

Covered Products: All phone/earphone cases sold through official Xase Case channels

Warranty Period:

  • Standard products: 12 months (from shipment date)
  • Limited editions: 6 months

Covered Issues:

  •  Material defects (cracking/adhesive failure)
  •  Manufacturing flaws
  •  Functional failures (e.g., magnetic attachment failure)

⚠️ Return shipping responsibility: Customers bear return shipping costs for all warranty replacements

2. Non-Covered Cases

  • 🚫 Physical damage (drops/crushing deformation)
  • 🚫 Liquid ingress corrosion
  • 🚫 Unauthorized modifications/repairs
  • 🚫 Surface wear from normal use
  • 🚫 Non-official purchases with unverifiable proof

II. Warranty Service Process

Standard Service

  • ③ Defect close-up video

Special Terms:

  • Customer pays both-way shipping
  • International returns bear full customs/VAT costs

2. International Customers

  • EU: Self-declared VAT payment
  • Other regions: Recipient pays applicable duties
  • Declared value: Full product price
  • Tracking: YunExpress Global

3. Military Addresses

  • ⚠️ No direct APO/FPO shipping
