Shipping Information
General
Due to our automated system, orders are automatically submitted to our Otter Distribution Center in Shenzhen, China, China as soon as they are submitted online. Please note, we are unable to cancel or modify orders placed online. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Order Processing Time
Please be aware that processing your order may take 2 to 3 days. This process includes verifying your order, packaging, and coordinating shipment via the post office. Upon completing these steps, you will be sent an email containing the tracking information for your order.
YunExpress Shipping
Upon shipment you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. Please note the following YunExpress delivery requirements: A signature IS NOT required for residential deliveries. A signature IS required for deliveries to apartment complexes and commercial addresses (they cannot leave your package without a signature or they will become liable). If you are not available to sign and YunExpress has already attempted delivery, you have a few options. You can either sign the yellow slip the driver leaves on your door telling the driver to leave the package at the manager’s office or with a neighbor who can sign, or you can call YunExpress with your tracking # and give them authorization to deliver to another address.
Unexpected Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders within the specified standard shipping timeframe, there may be rare occasions when unforeseen delays beyond our control, particularly customs-related issues, lead to extended delivery times. We kindly request your patience and understanding if you encounter such circumstances.

We understand that it can be concerning when your shipment shows no recent updates. However, please be aware that our delivery partners sometimes experience delays in scanning and tracking packages. This delay can make it seem like your parcel is not moving for a few days. In most cases, your package is still en route, and this situation usually resolves itself within a brief period.

The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on weight and location when you place your order online. You will be able to view the cost before you submit your final order. XASECASE has no control over the cost of duties and taxes that are imposed upon import to any country outside Shenzhen, China, China and cannot be held responsible for compensation. Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments.

You can easily monitor the status of your recent and shipped orders by accessing the main chat menu and entering your order details in the "order status" section. Once you've input your order details, you can choose the specific order you wish to track from the order list.
