1.What payment methods do you accept?


We provide various payment options to cater to your payment preferences. You can choose traditional options like credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) or debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we also offer ApplePay, PayPal!


2.How to apply a discount code?


When you are ready to complete your purchase, head to the checkout page. There, you will find a designated box where you can enter your discount code. Remember to click the 'Apply' button to see your savings reflected. This step is conveniently placed before the payment page so you can quickly view your potential savings.

Please note: You can use only one discount code per order.


3.How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.


4.I forgot to use my discount code!


Made your Cape Diablo purchase, and as the payment was loading, you realized with horror you hadn’t added your discount. Never fear. That opportunity hasn’t slipped away! Simply email our lovely Cape Diablo team at support@xasecase.com, and they will be happy to help correct this for you.


5.Can I make changes to my order?


We strive to initiate processing your order the minute it's placed. Therefore, we cannot assure you that alterations to your order can be accommodated if requested beyond 90 minutes from the time of your transaction.

Important note: Once your order is prepared for shipment, we are unable to make any modifications to it.


6.Can I cancel my order?


We work very hard to process your order the minute it is placed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that cancellations can be accommodated. We will do the best we can to help. However, our system is automated, and orders flow into large batches for delivery, making them unable to be recalled. If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via support@xasecase.com
