We ship worldwide through websites, ensuring transparent and reliable order processing and delivery services.


Order Processing Time:

1. Business Hours:

  • We process and ship orders placed between Monday - Friday (GMT+8). Order placed on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday, major holidays and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following business day.
2. Fulfillment Estimate:
  • Please be aware that processing your order may take 3 to 5 days. This process includes verifying your order, packaging, and coordinating shipment with our logistics partner YunExpress. Upon completing these steps, you will receive an email containing the tracking information for your order.
3. Tracking Information:
  • Every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking confirmation and the link will become active in 2-3 business days (contact us if the link is still invalid after 3 business days of receiving the tracking number). The estimated shipping time starts when you receive the tracking number.

Order Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Estimated shipping time starts from when the order is fulfilled with a tracking number given and not when the order is placed.
  • Values shown are simply for reference and may change without prior notice. We still advise going through the checkout process to verify the final shipping fee for your order.

Disclaimers:

1. Pre-order and back-ordered product(s).

  • If your order contains at least one product that is currently unavailable (caused by, but not limited to, stock issues or pre-orders), we will wait for all the products to be available before sending your order. 
  • Orders will ship out only according to the LATEST pre-order date, the estimated date at the time of order is not guaranteed. 
2. Duties, taxes, and other charges.
  • All orders use flat rate shipping with duties and taxes included for complete door-to-door service! Buyers are not responsible for any additional charges upon delivery.
3. The estimated shipping time is NOT guaranteed.
  • It does not take into consideration any possible delays caused by the customs or any issue the shipping courier may have with the package. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you believe there is an issue with your tracking.
4. Damages upon arrival.
  • Please check the quality of the product(s) upon reception and contact us. For any product(s) damaged upon arrival, you MUST contact us within 3 days after arrival or the product(s) will not be considered as such.
5. No refunds for package(s) still in transit and marked as delivered.
  • In the event that a package is lost during transit, we will provide a complimentary replacement.
